George is our founder. He has more than 25 years experience in the accounting profession and has been advising clients originating from all over the world – including and not limited to Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Slovenia, Russia and the CIS, western Europe, north America – for over 20 years. In addition to his background and practice in audit and consulting he has been particularly active in advising multinationals on large-scale projects, strategy and risk management, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and international tax planning.
George frequently advises large and smaller clients to restructure, rationalise and optimise resources and profits. He has written numerous articles on professional issues especially with regard to tax planning opportunities and the advantageous use of double tax treaties. He is instrumental in guiding our growth and developing our presence and recognition in Cyprus and outside. He is a Chartered Accountant having qualified in London with KMG Thomson McLintock (now KPMG) and holds an honours degree from the London School of Economics (University of London).
Savvas is a Director heading our Banking and Financial Services Department, responsible for the affairs of these departments' clients, mainly from western and eastern Europe. He is also assisting on compliance and financial services reporting matters.
Savvas possesses considerable experience in advising clients to structure their international activities and specialises in financial services matters. He has been involved in tax planning projects, licensing of financial services companies, internal audit and compliance functions, and in advising clients on the financial services and fund legislation. Savvas qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics in Accounting and Finance.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
George is a Director and Head Compliance Officer of Oneworld, responsible for monitoring the Company’s operations and ensuring implementation of relevant anti-money laundering directives and regulations. He is in charge for communicating circulars and guidelines issued by the regulator to the employees of the Company and for the submission of all regulatory reports to Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
For a number of years he has been responsible for the affairs of a portfolio of clients, mainly from Western and Eastern Europe. He dealt extensively with corporate and trust matters, advised clients on structuring their international business affairs, including re-domiciliation of entities and mergers and acquisitions.
George is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of London (University College London) in Law. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Alexandros is a director, heading our tax and legal services. He possesses considerable experience in advising clients to structure their international activities with emphasis on financial services. He has been involved in diverse projects covering tax planning, licensing of financial services companies, internal audit, compliance functions and regulatory issues.
Alexandros is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham. He is an adviser to Oneworld ltd for international tax, legal and financial services issues.
Maria is a Principal who heads our Corporate Services Department and is responsible for the registration and management of groups and single entities in Cyprus and abroad. She is conversant with conditions, Registrar matters and on-going requirements of clients who set up their structures in Cyprus and elsewhere. Her team of people looks after their overall business affairs. Maria also specializes in migration issues, and arranging temporary work permits for our clients.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Social Administration from the University College Roehampton in Surrey and holds a professional diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Marios is a Principal and heads our Accounting Services Department. His department deals with the preparation of bookkeeping and management reporting packages for all types of clients ranging from small to large sized enterprises involved in all business sectors, including trading, banking and finance, oil and gas, manufacturing, services and holding structures.
His department also offers payroll, VAT registration and administration services and management reporting functions. Marios is a graduate of the University of Rome in Economics and Accounting.
