The Income Tax Treaty between Cyprus and Georgia entered into force on 4 January 2016 and its provisions will take effect on 1 January 2017.
The treaty was signed on 13 May 2015.
In accordance with the treaty, the following withholding taxes will apply:
Dividends: 0%.
Interest: 0%.
Royalties: 0%.
